This program is not live, it is pre-recorded, and can be viewed at any time that is convenient for you. And you can go back and review any of the lessons as many times as you would like.
It doesn't matter how flexible you are. All you can do is all you can do and all you can do is enough. You will receive value no matter what shape you are in and you will discover that your flexibility will increase as you free up stuck energy in your body.
The program consists of 9 daily lessons, averaging about ½ hour each. If you can’t do the lessons over a 9-day period, it is not a problem to spread the lessons out over a longer period of time. You set the pace that works for you.
I’m so sorry you feel this way but I completely understand. As mentioned in the short preview video I felt very much the same way at one point in my life. Persistence and discipline help a lot in terms of getting the health results you are looking for, and also this program comes loaded with much support to help you succeed. No, this technique will not require a ton of time on a daily basis to realize the health benefits. Consistency is the key as this work has a cumulative effect. So short workouts over a longer period of time will increase your chances of success. The last lesson in the program demonstrates a 15 minute routine that is very powerful. That same demonstration expands into a 20 and 30 minute routine in case you have more time.
