The program consists of 9 daily lessons, averaging about ½ hour each. If you can’t do the lessons over a 9-day period, it is not a problem to spread the lessons out over a longer period of time. You set the pace that works for you.

So short workouts over a longer period of time will increase your chances of success. The last lesson in the program demonstrates a 15 minute routine that is very powerful. That same demonstration expands into a 20 and 30 minute routine in case you have more time.
